Founder Story
My name is Alexis. I started my fitness journey when I was 16. Back then, I was a cardio bunny, and all I did was run on the treadmill, climb the stairmaster, and do bodyweight exercises like sit-ups, pushups, and squats. I was so intimidated by the weight room, and was anxious that people would judge me if I tried any new exercises. I deathly dread the idea of being tapped on the shoulder and being told, "You're doing that wrong." So I stuck with what I knew best -- treadmill, stairmaster, and bodyweight. As you can see, I ran my ass off, literally! 😂
When I shifted my focus to strength training, everything changed. With the right plan, workout equipment, and nutrition, I was able to build the booty I always dreamed of. The best part is -- I didn't need surgery!
Looking back at the girl you see in the "before" picture, I remember wishing that there was something I could do to strength train in the comfort of my home, where I was away from judgmental eyes. Something that gave me the confidence to hit the weight room because I knew my form was right. That is how I developed the REDEFINE BAND SET.
